From my call they arrived within 20 minutes. They were polite and professional and can't fault them. My problem was a slipped tile which couldn't be see from the ground. This was rectified in no time. What a fantastic service. Will be using them and recommending them again.

Mr Yates, Kidderminster

Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and very tidy. I bought a bungalow and discovered the roof hadn't been touched since the 60's - some of the eves and most battens were rotten, the felt was basically dust and the fascia board was on the floor! - John has done an amazing job of replacing everything. From the minute he turned up to assess the job til the minute he left after finishing he was a pleasure to work with and he takes real pride in his work which shows in every element of the final product and his customer service / communication throughout.

John was very courteous and professional when dealing with him, he was clearly knowledgeable and inspired confidence. He quickly provided me an accurate quote and kept me fully updated about when work could commence. He was on time on the day of the job ( the scaffolding team he uses were also very professional ) Work was completed to a high standard, John even took photographs of before , during and On completion of the work that he sent me by email - pretty useful when you don’t have a head for heights to have a nose yourself. If you need a roofer I’d Very highly recommended JCL .
